I contributed to the level construction and art of the areas in the screenshots (Black Mesa Inbound, On A Rail, Surface Tension/Uncut, Xen).
Mostly, this involved creating geometry and/or placing assets in Hammer editor. In some cases I created supporting textures/decals or props as well.
In the Xen lab/polytunnel areas I was responsible for creating the modular tunnel pieces and textures only.
